L&T baggage order for residential towers in Thane; inventory trades flat

Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has secured an order beneath its buildings and factories vertical from a real-estate developer to assemble multi-storeyed residential towers in Thane, Mumbai.

The stated contract is price between ₹1,000 crore to ₹2,000 crore.

The challenge’s scope contains the development of the core and shell works for 5 towers which have 62 flooring and an allied parking space comprising basements, floor, and 5 podiums, L&T has stated in its assertion.

Commenting on the event, M V Satish, Complete-time Director & Senior Government Vice President (Buildings), L&T, stated, “With the financial system displaying encouraging constructive motion, we see good alternatives within the residential buildings sector.
