Reasonably priced housing firm SMFG Grihashakti secures Rs 300 cr from NHB

Reasonably priced housing finance firm SMFG Grihashakti has secured Rs 300 crore funding from Nationwide Housing Financial institution (NHB).

That is the corporate’s maiden long-term mortgage from NHB and opens up a further avenue for long-term, low-cost funding, it mentioned, including that the cash will assist it broaden its financing options to the under-served inhabitants, SMFG Grihashakti Chief Govt Deepak Patkar, mentioned.

As of December 2023, it had Property Below Administration (AUM) of Rs 8,028 crore, which grew 37 per cent year-on-year.

SMFG Grihashakti offers dwelling loans, loans for dwelling enchancment, dwelling development and extension, mortgage in opposition to property, and for buying business property, aside from challenge development financing.
