Accenture LearnVantage will assist shoppers re-skill and upskill within the areas of expertise, information and AI to fill .gaps created by advances in applied sciences.
It provides personalised studying in areas starting from specialised AI and information science, and cloud and cyber safety coaching for IT professionals to Gen AI coaching for board and C-suite members and enterprise leaders, the corporate stated.

With the acquisition, it goals to construct on its expertise in studying and coaching to fulfill the rising demand for expertise abilities, together with generative AI. In line with Accenture analysis, enterprise leaders say their No. 1 problem is their incapacity to upskill their workforces, with 51 per cent of organisations beginning to see destructive impacts from worsening IT abilities shortages.
Accenture invests greater than $1 billion per 12 months in studying and coaching for its greater than 700,000-strong workforce, delivering roughly 40 million coaching hours yearly.
Accenture LearnVantage will provide tailor-made studying programmes; specialised, predesigned expertise academies; ecosystem studying certification companies; and managed companies for a consumer’s personal studying capabilities. LearnVantage additionally will provide nanodegrees, licensed on-line programmes designed to supply customers with hands-on expertise and industry-relevant abilities in specialised fields.
