The initiative goals to facilitate the transformation of FPOs into sustainable rural enterprises. This will probably be achieved by delivering coaching classes specializing in market orientation, enterprise improvement, and entrepreneurial management expertise. Moreover, the initiative seeks to determine connections between FPOs and agricultural expertise start-ups, processors, and conscientious consumers.

This system contains two FPOs with income exceeding ₹1 crore, ten FPOs producing between ₹50 lakh to ₹1 crore, one other ten FPOs with income starting from ₹10 lakh to ₹50 lakh, and eight FPOs producing between as much as ₹10 lakh, per Krishikalpa. This system features a complete of 30 FPOs, with a further 6 reserve FPOs as said by the organisation.
“The crux of this system is to make the farmers conscious in regards to the consumers and get the growers in touch with them , as the most important challenges the agriculture producers face is that they lack details about consumers available in the market. Growers don’t know consumers, consumers don’t know growers,” stated CM Patil, CEO, Krishikalpa.
Krishikalpa, based in 2020, has structured this program as a one 12 months initiative. The first objective is to double the income of the chosen FPOs by the fiscal 12 months 2024-25, with a three-month grace interval.
