NMPA conducts workshop on ‘maritime adversities’

New Mangalore Port Authority (NMPA) carried out a workshop on ‘maritime adversities’ in Mangaluru on Monday. The workshop was geared toward enhancing consciousness and preparedness amongst all stakeholders concerning the challenges confronted within the maritime business and the methods to mitigate potential adversities.

Talking on the event, AV Ramana, NMPA Chairman, mentioned the risky monsoon circumstances within the Arabian Sea from June to November pose dangers to maritime operations.
