Actual property firm, TARC Ltd, noticed a 200 per cent y-o-y progress in pre-sales to ₹1,612 crore for FY24, whereas annual assortment up to now stood at ₹415 crore.
For the quarter ending March 31, 2024, gross sales was ₹1,281 crore, up 600 per cent y-o-y.
The corporate, in a press release saying This fall updates, mentioned the rise is attributable “largely to the success of TARC Kailasa, positioned in New Delhi”. Building work for TARC Kailasa is underway.
