American software program main ServiceNow has introduced a strategic funding in US and Chennai-based Prodapt, a supplier of digital and community providers for the telecom and expertise industries. 

The funding is thru ServiceNow’s Ecosystem Ventures arm, which has dedicated $150 million to put money into companions, and is the primary telco-focused funding from the platform. The quantity of funding stays undisclosed.
