Synechron Inc, a digital transformation consulting agency, has launched a generative AI and AI-based options referred to as Nexus that enables organisations to seize key takeaways from name centre conversations.
The suite consists of Clarifai, a instrument for summarising and analysing call-centre transcripts. Conversations are flagged for non-compliance and additional human evaluation or actions.
