Vipul Organics will get environmental clearance for enlargement at its Ambernath facility

Vipul Organics Ltd has obtained environmental clearance for a proposed enlargement at its present Ambernath facility.

The corporate has obtained approval from the Ministry of Atmosphere, Forest and Local weather Change (Issued by the State Atmosphere Influence Evaluation Authority (SEIAA), Maharashtra. The clearance will assist the corporate enhance its complete manufacturing capability from the present 10 MT/M to 508 MT/M.

Within the first part, the corporate intends to increase its capability to 250 MT/M. The price of this enlargement shall be by way of a mixture of inside accruals and exterior borrowings.

The corporate has already raised ₹5 crore from the promoters by way of the difficulty of warrants.

“With the enlargement, the ability will develop into the only largest pigment producer within the nation”, stated, Vipul P Shah, Managing Director, Vipul Organics Restricted.

Vipul Organics inventory rocketed 16.90 per cent on the BSE to commerce at ₹219.65 as if 2.07 pm on Tuesday.
